Booking policies
A few simple guidelines that keep the salon a welcoming place where every client gets the experience they booked.
Late cancellations
If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or send a message letting us know — no problem at all.
Within 24 hours of your appointment: cancellations are charged at 50% of the appointment fee.
No-shows: failure to attend without notice is charged at the full cost of the appointment.
Running late
If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as you can. If you arrive late without advance notice, we can’t guarantee your full appointment duration — we never want to keep the next client waiting.
